My name is Ian Wilkinson and I am the Founder of The Leadership Bureau.
After working for many years in Leadership Development across a broad range of industries, I watched the continuous cycle of leadership courses and endless dollars being invested in leadership development with minimal effect. Not to mention the frustration of leaders having to attend courses that were of little interest to them.
I found, and the evidence supported, that one on one coaching was where we were seeing the best results. When done well, the impact coaching had on our leaders work life, personal life and that of their teams was profound.
But finding quality coaches was a problem. So I decided to start The Learning Bureau to provide the highest quality Leadership and Management coaching experience.

I do not have a sales team, so when you call, if I feel coaching is not the best solution, I will be happy to recommend other organisations who may be better suited to your needs.
