Structured coaching is designed to help leaders who wanting to achieve outcomes or resolve issues that they have identified.
We recommend structured coaching:
Discovery coach is ideal when you have a a range of topics that you want to work through. These may or may not be goal specific,
We recommend discovery coaching:
We often find that our clients need a balance of both types of structures in their sessions. We will work with our clients with a flexible approach that is responsive to their needs

Leadership coaching is one on one sessions with a coach and is results oriented. The purpose of the sessions is to maximise decision making and creating effective actions.
Sessions are based on what is the most valuable for the client. Each session begins with deciding what the client would like to discuss and then looks at how to build actions or steps that will help move the client forward.
A strong underlying thread through the sessions is to provide solutions focused accountability. The sessions will allow time to review the previous sessions actions and decide on what will be achieved before the next session.
If you are finding challenges in your career you can benefit from leadership coaching.
If you want to grow professionally, navigate transitions, or become a better leader you will benefit form leadership coaching.
Some of the reasons my clients have engaged leadership coaching include:
Let's be honest, anyone in a leadership or management position in any organisations, from small businesses through to large multi nationals will be short on time.
When working with us, all you will need is about one hour every two weeks. We find that one hour per fortnight gives our clients time to enact the actions from the previous session and assess the results.
You don't need to do any pre-work for your coaching session. We will use your current work challenges or carrer concerns to set the agenda for your sessions.
We are available outside of your normal work hours. This means you don’t have to find time in your hectic schedule or be pulled out of a coaching session to attend to urgent business matters.
The real benefit of having the flexibility to schedule your session outside of regular work hours is that you get interruption free time to focus on you.
The coaching sessions are for you and being able schedule them at a time that is flexible and convenient to you gives you the ability to fully engage and benefit from the coaching experience.
In today's agile business environment it is essential that your leaders have the best decision making abilities and leadership performance.
Your executive teams need to have leadership skills to lead your organisation through heightened cycles of change and possess the resilience to keep moving and delivering.
Here are some of the reasons that organisations have engaged The Learning Bureau for leadership coaching:
Naturally I would say yes to this question. Leadership coaching works on multiple levels and can have significant impacts on your practice as a leader.
I will be honest with you. Leadership coaching is not a solution for every leadership challenge.
It will not work when:
Leadership coaching is a partnership between the leader and the coach. The relationship is built on principles of trust, confidentiality and openness. If either the leader or the coach feels that the relationship is not working we will stop the sessions and help you find a coach that meets your needs.
